We offer 30-DAY Defective Exchange / Return on all items. Items must be returned in the same original condition.
Extended warranty: We offer extended warranty through SureBright. Extended warranty can be purchased at checkout.
What is the return/exchange policy for a Certified Pre-Owned device?
Prior approval is required for all return and exchanges.

- The Serial number/IMEI of the item MUST match the item we have sold to you as we track this number to each order. If payment is done using a credit card, the transaction fee of 2.9% is not refunded.
- If the product was sold as a 'New Item' (e.g.: Brand New Sealed/Open Box/New/etc.) and is returned opened and/or used, a 15% Restocking Fee may be applicable.
