To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and packaged with all original accessories. Items showing signs of use or damage may be denied or refunded at a reduced value after inspection.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank).
If your device shows visible signs of use, damage, or is returned without accessories, we reserve the right to reduce your refund or reject the return entirely. We inspect all devices carefully before issuing refunds.

All FlipaFone Renew+ Certified™ devices come with a 90-day limited warranty, covering hardware malfunctions and manufacturer defects not caused by accidental damage. If something goes wrong that wasn’t your fault, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it — fast.
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, such as drops, cracks, liquid spills, or any issues caused by misuse or unauthorized repairs. It also doesn't cover normal battery wear and tear. Think of it like a promise to stand behind the device — as long as it’s treated right.
